Maid & Janitor Carpet Cleaning

New customers get a 10% internet discount for the first cleaning, which results in a price of $27/hr per person cleaning. So for a 2-hour cleaning you would have one cleaner for two hours (or two cleaners for one hour) for a cost of $54. Just mention this special when you first call.
This first cleaning allows you to see the quality of our service at a discounted price, while we get an idea of how long the job takes. After this, you may continue to have hourly priced cleanings at $30/hr, but most people choose a fixed rate. We provide you with a fair fixed price for whatever frequency you need, from daily to monthly. Often this fixed rate is less than the initial cleaning.
For travel outside Bellingham, we charge $3 per one-way mile.
Free estimates for any project are provided, depending on the job and location.

The above prices are for pre-vacuumed open areas with no furniture moving. We get 90% to 100% of stains out with a standard cleaning. We will gladly pre-vacuum, move furniture, and work on any remaining stains for an extra charge.
